The Senior Care Connector Inc. is a private company that was founded on our CEO, Erta Dumond first hand of caregiving experiences. She understands the importance of having the right person advocate for you or your loved one when seeking long term care services and eligibility. In fact, our business depends on the ongoing trust and confidence of older adults, caregivers, and ElderCare professionals.
Our team is passionate when helping those in need of information and understanding the benefits that help pay for long term care services at home, adult daycare, assisted living, or nursing home.
For over 20 years plus, our CEO has worked with seniors, caregivers, and help thousands of families qualify for Medicaid to help pay for long term care services.
Our staff are Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging and Disability services CIRS-A/D (Alliance of Information and Referral System, Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care Program (SMMC LTC) Department of Elder Affairs, ACCESS Eligibility through Department of Children and Families, Medicare, and Veteran Benefits, Medicare for senior services, Veterans benefits, coordination of care, and Senior placement.
